Created Functional and Non-Functional Test Cases

Synchronized with the mentoring process, testers created functional and non-functional test cases including positive and negative scenarios, found bugs and linked the bugs to test cases.

Executed Exploratory and Sanity Testing

Software Testers performed exploratory testing to learn the customer site, admin site and how the configuration and system worked. Finally, sanity testing was done to ensure the steady performance of the application and to check the whole system for errors and issues.

UI/UX Testing

The application underwent UI Testing frequently due to the intermittent changes made to the application during its development process. The feedback from this testing helped to smoothen the interaction of the application with the users to a highly appreciable standard irrespective of the frequent modifications made to the application. A UI testing checklist of the application was created.

Testing Tools Used - Jira, Test lodge

Jira was used to document, find, manage, report and track bugs, features and functionalities. It played a very crucial role in the communication between software testers and developers regarding bugs and new features/ functionalities. Test Plans and Test Cases were created and managed using Test lodge.
