We checked over the whole user experience, from signing up to moving across the platform. We made sure everything went smoothly so that people could join up, log in, change their profiles, and utilise the site without any problems.

Every payment scenario was tested under real conditions—across devices, networks, wallets, and languages—ensuring users worldwide experienced reliable and seamless transaction processing. Testvox’s network included QA testers across the Middle East, North America, and South Asia.
- Testing the Content Feed and Search
We evaluated the content stream to make sure that videos and scripts played correctly and that actions like liking, saving, or sharing were easy to do. We also tested the search feature to make sure it gave users the results they needed promptly and accurately.
- Testing AI Recommendations
We checked to see if the AI could provide people useful suggestions. We wanted to make sure that the AI wasn't just giving consumers random suggestions, but that it was actually giving them content that made sense based on what they liked and were interested in.
- Agile Support and Scrum Master
We gave the team a dedicated Scrum Master to help them stay on track. This person helped with preparing the sprints, talking to everyone, and making sure everyone was on the same page. The team could work faster and better if they worked together better.
