The client built a sophisticated script authoring platform for writers, filmmakers, and other creative people that uses AI. Users can use the platform to develop their ideas into full scripts, characters, and stories. But as the platform evolved, they had to deal with additional problems, such as how to make sure the AI functioned right, how to make the user experience better, and how to keep up with their fast-paced development cycles.
