During the Sprint closing session, we ensure that testing is completed with proper defect closure. We confirm that all documentation, regression suites, and test results are updated. Any spillover due to external dependencies or other reasons is communicated to the management team with proper justification. We also coordinate with the project team for the demo and sign off the Sprint QA deliverables.
