When a production issue is reported, we quickly reproduce it in the relevant environment and identify the root cause by checking logs and API reports. We then triage the issue based on severity, priority, and client impact, document the findings, and communicate them to the respective team. After the hotfix, we retest the functionality, add the scenario to the regression suite to prevent recurrence, and update/link it to the original test tickets.
