In order to ensure smooth collaboration , I make sure the team (Dev & QA) focuses on Objective Criteria and evidences . When conflicts can’t be self-resolved, I step in to ensure each party is heard without taking sides and guide the conversation toward a solution. I ask meaningful questions to both developers and testers which facilitates open communication, removing obstacles, and protecting the team from external distractions , so that the sprint goal is achieved.
