Scrum Master must strongly be able to analyse everything to serve the team, from helping product owners to coach Dev-teams in order to be a cross functional & last but not least is empower the Agile transformation in your organization. My growth as a Scrum Master really took off after started attending a local Scrum group. User groups often provide opportunities to demonstrate and practice what you’ve learned, as well as connect with other agile practitioners.
