Key KPIs include response time percentiles (P50/P90/P95/P99), throughput, error rate, and
concurrent sessions.
Resource KPIs like CPU saturation, memory utilization, GC behaviour, DB wait events, and
thread pool usage are critical.
For endurance tests, I additionally track memory leaks, open handles, file descriptors, and
long-term performance drift.
