I enforce risk based testing , For eg :For an Online Booking Mobile application ,we faced high traffic volumes during peak times, which lead to performance issues, Once the risks was identified, the team can formulate test cases and prioritize them based on the risk severity. Then we collaborated Product owners to assign some budget for the performance testing and ensured that customers received the best experience possible. Continuous feedback from each sprint ensures we maintain quality without delaying releases.
