A scrum Master is very important of every project , SM role is highly recommended , we help the team for better understanding of work needed to develop the product, we analyse the product, discuss design approach, split stories and keep it ready to begin the sprint . We set target for ourself , which directly aligns to project success in terms of velocity reports in our respective dashboard .
